“Tristan” meets Berlin & Stay in Style
Mit Tristan kommt eines der weltweit am besten erhaltenen Exemplare von Tyrannosaurus Rex nach Berlin und ist ein ca. 70 Millionen Jahre altes Fossil. Das Skelett des Tyrannosaurus Rex wurde 2012 in Montana, USA, gefunden und gilt unter internationalen Experten als einmaliger Fund. Ab Dezember 2015 wird das 12 Meter lange Originalskelett erstmals in Europa einer eigenen Ausstellung der Öffentlichkeit präsentiert.

Our Beckoning Cat

The beckoning cat has become a talisman of Hotel Indigo Berlin - Alexanderplatz. We love the legend of the japanese Maneki Neko: A wealthy lord was taking shelter under a tree near a temple during a thunderstorm. The lord saw the temple priest’s cat beckoning to him and followed, a moment later the tree was struck by lightning. Together with our colleagues of Hotel Indigo Berlin - Ku’damm, Holiday Inn Berlin - Alexanderplatz and One80 Hostels we celebrated our staff party. This year’s motto has been ‘fairytale’ so everybody dressed up as the little red riding hood and the bad wolf.
