Here at the Hotel Indigo Berlin – Centre Alexanderplatz for us, it’s on very high priority that our guests feel special and comfortable and that their stay is memorable. Our team is at your service 24 hours.

Check-in: 03:00 pm

If you arrive prior 03:00 pm we are happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. A credit card for guarantee is required for check in so you can sign your bar- or restaurant bill to your room and use all in-house offerings like minibar and room service. We will block the full amount of your reservation on the credit card (if not paid previously). The amount will be released automatically at your check out. Please note: It might take some days until your credit card provider releases the reserved amount.

Luggage

Your luggage can be stored safely in our luggage storeroom.

Breakfast

Our substantial and healthy breakfast buffet is available from Mon-Fri 6:30 am to 10:30 am and Sat-Sun 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Breakfast includes a large choice of fresh cold and hot dishes and espresso/latte macchiato/cappuccino as much as you want. During summer time you can enjoy breakfast on our courtyard terrace.

Dry Cleaning

For a fee, you can make use of our dry-cleaning and laundry service.

In our business center you can use our fax- and copy service for a fee. We are happy to help you on any query.

There is no own car park. We recommend the nearby parking garage of the ALEXA Shopping Center. The address is Grunerstraße 20, 10179 Berlin. The car park is 250 meters away from the hotel and costs 12, - € / day. It is open Mon-Sun from 07:00 am to 0:30 am. However, driving out the car is always possible.

Public Transportation

The Hotel Indigo Berlin – Centre Alexanderplatz is located next to the Alexanderplatz with the S- and U-Train station. Tickets are available in every station or in the hotel.
